AGM
This
year’s AGM will be held on Wednesday 15th June 2011, 6 to 7pm in the
Funtime/Community Room at
Due to the school undergoing a deep clean in the summer we
are UNABLE to run Funtime at Cookridge Primary this summer. If you require
summer holiday childcare we have an arrangement with Ireland Wood Primary for
children to attend there. Please speak to
Training Days
Due to lack of interest we have decided to no longer open
on School Training Days as it is not financially viable.
Late Collection
If you are going to be late collecting your chid it is
imperative that you call to let us know.
The Club has a policy for late collection which can be viewed in the
Funtime Room. A charge will be made to
cover staff salaries if you are persistently late.

This is very important as we are not insured to look after
your child(ren) out of setting hours. Please store these numbers in your mobile!
Fees
Please pay your fees in advance in a NAMED
ENVELOPE. Funtime: Pease
remember to book your children into the setting at least one week in
advance. Remember, adequate staffing levels
have to be organised and if there are not enough staff on duty we will be
unable to accept children at the last minute.
Childcare Vouchers – we do take a variety of childcare vouchers in payment of
Fees. If you wish to pay by this method
speak to your setting Leader or Julie Hyde in the School Office.

Please remember that it is extremely important that
members of staff can contact you if there is an emergency concerning your
child. Please ensure that the leader of
the relevant section has your up-to-date contact numbers at all times.

Clothing
We do like to get outside in all settings, weather
permitting. Please make sure your child
has a named coat, hats, gloves, etc, as appropriate.
